Learned Counsel for the petitioner informs that within two weeks he will be moving before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. However, till then, the respondent no.3 be directed to maintain status quo as on today so as to have protection of possession and long standing tenancy rights of petitioner. 2.

Since the order passed is not innocuous, we dispense with the notice to other respondents. The notice on behalf of respondent no.3 is waived by learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3.

We dispose of the petition directing status quo to be maintained for a period of two weeks from today as petitioner is able to demonstrate his tenancy rights.

Needless to clarify that we have not decided the petition on merits.

The order of status quo shall automatically cease to operate thereafter.
