NOVEMBER 18, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATION (O) NO. 389 OF 2018 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay caused in filing the restoration application. 3) Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed as prayed.

4) Accordingly, the Civil Application is disposed of. MISC.CIVIL APPLICATION (STAMP) NO.2305 OF 2018 1) By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No.1883/2017.

2) Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. The petition is restored to its original position.

2 20-cao 389.2018.odt WRIT PETITION (STAMP) NO. 1883 OF 2017 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) The present petition is filed against the order dated 25/10/2016 passed below Exh.19 by learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati in Application No.03/2013. 3) I have gone through the order passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, who observed that Civil Court has already held that it is a private property of the plaintiff. Thus, question of deciding said issue does not arise at all. Considering these findings, I do not find any reason to interfere, in the present writ petition. Therefore, the petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

4) The petitioner's counsel was appointed through the legal aid. The fees to be quantified and paid to learned counsel for the petitioner as per the Rules.
