O R D E R

(Passed on 13th August, 2022) Appellant no.1 is personally present on behalf of herself and appellant nos 2 and 3. Appellant no.4 who was dependent upon the deceased, died during the pendency of the present appeal. Ms. Jyoti Sahare, Manager (TP) is personally present. Both the parties have confirmed that the matter is amicably settled between them and thereby Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs.5,50,000, other than the amount already received by the appellants. Insurance Company has agreed to deposit the agreed amount within 60 days from today, in this Court. Accordingly, the appellants do not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. Court fee, if any, be refunded as per Rules.

On deposit of amount of compensation as per the settlement by the Insurance Company to this Court within 60 days from today, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the amount.
