DATED : 01/04/2024 The petition seeks a direction to the respondent No.1 to drop the inquiry proceeding and direct fixation of the pension and retiral benefits to the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Majethia, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 3 has brought to our attention, the order dated 14/08/2008 (page 42), by which, it is indicated that the inquiry already stands completed with imposition of penalty upon the petitioner, which also is stated to have been recovered from the petitioner.

In that light of the matter, the relief claimed by the petitioner in the present petition cannot be granted as the finding of the inquiry has not been challenged. The same is dismissed. No costs.
