DATED : 04/02/2019 The petitioner has challenged the orders passed by the subordinate authorities concurrently holding that he is liable to be removed from the office of Sarpanch and Member of the Gram Panchayat on the ground that he has abused his powers and authority as Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat. The Authorities have recorded that the Tahsildar has passed an order holding that the agriculturists have right to use 12 feet access road, still the petitioner manipulated the resolution of the Gram Panchayat to the effect that only 8 feet approach way was available for the agriculturists. Though the learned advocate for the petitioner made various submissions, he has not been able to point out that the findings recorded by the authorities are not proper or are unjustified.

Hence, in the facts of the case, I see no reason to interfere with the impugned orders.

The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
