DATE : 11.02.2025 The present application is filed by applicants for restoration of Contempt Petition Stamp No. 21227/2024, of which, registration is refused by the Registrar (Judicial), vide order dated 06/01/2025, taking effect after two weeks. Application is filed within limitation. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The order passed by learned Registrar, dated 06/01/2025 and consequential order are hereby quashed and set aside.

Registry is directed to restore the Contempt Petition Stamp No. 21227/2024.

After restoration, the petitioner to remove office objections within two weeks.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
