DATE : 24.06.2016 By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks an action against the respondents for disobedience of the directions in the order, dated 19.12.2014 in Writ Petition No.4215/2014. It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that though this Court had directed the respondents to pay the arrears of salary as per recommendations of the 4th Pay Commission and also pay the salary regularly, the respondents had not paid the same. Shri Kalwaghe, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 states, by referring to the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent and the chart annexed thereto, that the entire
2406cp42.16.odt arrears of salary have been paid to the petitioner and the regular salary is also paid, till the month of May, 2016. In view of the statements made in the affidavit-inreply, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
