The applicant was arrested on 06.03.2014.

Charge-sheet was already filed on 10.06.2015. The bail application was rejected by District Judge on 01.01.2015.

In view of the chargesheet being filed, it would be appropriate to pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.85/2015 is rejected.
