DATED : 15 th March, 2016 Learned Govt. Pleader for respondent no.1 and Advocate Bhuibhar Advocate for respondent nos. 2 to 5. Advocate Khan is appearing along with petitioner. Advocate Bhuibhar points out that respondent nos. 2 to 5 are present before the Court.

Learned Govt. Pleader states that payment has already been made and steps to start departmental inquiry are already initiated. She further states that the department inquiry shall be completed in accordance with law.

Advocate Khan accepted the same.

In this situation, as we find that substantive compliance has been done, we dispose of the contempt petition. However, the petitioner is given liberty to raise the grievance, if any cause of action arises.
