By these applications, the applicant is seeking restoration of the writ petition, which stood dismissed due to non-removal of office objections, as also for condonation of delay in moving the application for restoration.

It appears that on earlier occasion also when registration of the writ petition was refused due to non-removal of office objections, a similar application had been moved which had been granted.

Considering the fact that this is the second default on the part of the applicant, only in the interest of justice and for the statements made in the applications, the same are allowed, subject to the applicant depositing costs of Rs. 5,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee at Nagpur Bench of this High Court.

Only upon depositing such costs will the order passed today come into effect.
