Learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the representation addressed to the Superintendent of Police, and at the last, to the Police Station Officer, Mul.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to follow the procedure under Section 154, Criminal Procedure Code, of lodging an FIR first with the Police Station, Mul. We, therefore, allow him to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate First Information Report with the concerned Police Station.
Criminal Writ Petition No. 117 of 2015 is disposed of with liberty.
