Shri Ghate, learned Advocate for the respondent states that the directions of which non-compliance is alleged, have been complied with.

Accepting the submission made by the Advocate for the respondent and as there is nothing on record to show that there are any malafides on the part of the respondent in complying with the directions, we see no reason to invoke the jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Contempt Petition is disposed accordingly. No order as to costs.
