For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The petitioners shall supply the correct address of the respondent Nos. 12, 17 and 18 and correct the cause title of the petition accordingly, within one week. 3.

If the necessary correction is carried out, within the stipulated period, issue fresh notice to the respondent Nos.12, 17 and 18 on their corrected address along with notice to the respondent Nos. 4 to 9 and 20, returnable on 28/02/2024.

The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

Issue notice to the proposed LRs of the respondent Nos. 6 to 8, returnable on 28/02/2024. 6.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the LRs of the respondent Nos. 6 to 8 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
