This is repeated attempt on the part of the applicant for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel Shri P.K.Bezalwar for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

No doubt true that the applicant has right to file successive applications for grant of bail. However, in this case, learned Judge below has already fixed the Trial for recording of evidence.

Since it is an admitted position that the Trial is already fixed for recording of evidence, this Court refrains itself from exercising its discretion in favour of the applicant. 5.

In this view of the matter, the criminal application is rejected and disposed of accordingly. 6.

Learned Judge below, before whom Special MPID Case No.3/2019 is fixed for recording of evidence, is .....2/-

ba125.21 59 directed to complete the Trial within a period of one year from today. If the Trial is not completed within the stipulated period, liberty will be there to the applicant to move again before this Court.
