The matter is amicably settled, as a result that the Appellants have withdrawn the appeal by signing the terms of Compromise in Form 'N'. 2.

The Appellants do not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. 3.

Court fee be refunded as per Rules.

The Claimants are entitled to withdraw of entire compensation amount, if any, deposited by the Insurance Company in the Court along with interest accrued. 5.

The appeal stands disposed in above terms. The civil applications, if any, stand disposed of.
