This application has been filed by the wife who was the non-applicant in Criminal Revision Application No. 24/2020 seeking permission for withdrawal of an amount of Rs. 50,000/- which has been deposited by the applicant - husband towards arrears of maintenance. It reveals that matter has been amicably settled between husband and wife. The

Order 37APPR41 learned counsel for the applicant - husband has no objection for withdrawal. In view of that the amount of Rs. 50,000/- which has been deposited in this Court be released to the applicant - wife in her parental name i.e. Shweta D/o Subhashrao Chimurkar.
