01] By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 1345 days in filing the appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
02] Learned counsel for the Applicant, under instructions, states that the Applicant shall not claim interest for the delayed period i.e. 1345 days. In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Civil application stands disposed of. 03] Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any.

Vaishali Khadekar, learned counsel waives service on behalf of the Respondent No.2. 08] Filing of private paper-book is dispensed with. 09] Learned counsel for the Appellant states that other connected appeals being First Appeal Nos.21/2022, 102/2022 and 110/2022 are pending before this Court. He further states that all these appeals are covered by judgment dated 25th July, 2017 in First Appeal No.103/2006.
10] Learned counsel for the Appellant undertakes to furnish copy of the said judgment to learned counsel for the Respondent No.2/Acquiring Body within a week.
11] In the light of the said statement, parties are put to notice that all the aforesaid appeals shall be heard finally on 7th February, 2022. Registry to tag First Appeal Nos.21/2022, 102/2022 and 110/2022 along with this appeal.
