We are informed that in view of lapse of time and change in circumstances, the prayer for transfer of the appellate proceedings has rendered infructuous. However, it is claimed that the appellant's i.e. private respondent in this petition has preferred an appeal questioning the disqualification is pending consideration since December 2023 and as the impugned order is not in operation, the same be directed to be decided expeditiously. The petitioner claims that his intervention application in the pending appeal of respondent no.4 is not yet decided for last about 11 months and as such the hearing of the intervention application with that of the appeal be expedited.

In the aforesaid background, we deem it appropriate to direct the Divisional Jt. Registrar, Cooperative Society, Amravati Division, Amravati, who is the appellate authority, to deal with the pending application for intervention, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from today. 3.

In case, if the intervention application is allowed, it is open for the petitioner to move for expeditious disposal of the appeal before the same authority. 4.

The petition stands accordingly disposed of.
