Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the documents on record. It appears that other legal heirs of Respondent No.1 i.e. Respondent Nos. 1(b), 1(d) to 1(g) have already withdrawn the amount of compensation as per the order passed by this Court on 19.10.2018.

For the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed.

The legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 i.e. Respondent No. 1(c) is permitted to withdraw her share out of 75% amount on furnishing usual undertaking to that effect.
