A bunch of petition is decided by this Court (Coram: Avinash G. Gharote, J.) by judgment dated 04.12.2021.

One of the petition is Writ Petition 4534/2021 which was filed by the present petitioner challenging the very order of the Tahsildar which is also impugned herein. 3.
This Court recorded the statement of the learned counsel that all the writ petitions are identical and will be covered by judgment in Writ Petition 4472/2021. In view of judgment rendered in Writ Petition 4472/2021 all the petitions were dismissed.

It would not be permissible for this Court to consider the challenge to the order of the Tahsildar, which was also the subject-matter of Writ Petition 4534/2021
wp765.22.O.odt which is dismissed. The learned counsel Mr. Ingole submits that the facts in Writ Petition 4534/2021 are not identical with Writ Petition 4472/2021 in as much as the petitioner did possess valid transit pass.

I am afraid, unless the petitioner seeks review, and such review is allowed, it would not be possible for me to consider the challenge to the order of the Tahsildar on merits, since the earlier petition is dismissed. 6.
With liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps, the petition is disposed of.
