Having considered the said communication, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in view of this, the petitioner's grievance had been redressed. Therefore, the petition can be disposed of.

He further submitted that a schedule should be fixed for disbursing salary arrears. Having considered the same, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondent to pay arrears within three weeks of this order. The petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
