Both the petitioners are serving as Assistant Teachers in schools that are being run by Zilla Parishad, Buldhana. While petitioner No.1 is working at Zilla Parishad Primary School, Dongaon, the petitioner No.2 is working at Zilla Parishad Primary School, Janefal. The petitioners on 08/12/2020 have made a request to the Chief Executive Officer to mutually transfer their services in place of the other. Said representation is pending and as no decision thereon has been taken, this writ petition has been filed.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to take a decision on the representation dated 08/12/2020 in

20-WP-1094-21 2/2 accordance with law if no such decision has been taken herein before. The petitioners shall serve copy of this order on the respondent No.2. Such decision be taken within a period of four weeks from receipt of copy of the order. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioners. The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
