4] The petition challenges the impugned order dated 17.11.2022, imposing the penalty of Rs.12,480/- for illegal transportation of sand.

5] Mr. Kadu, learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered across the bar a challan evidencing the payment of penalty of Rs. 12,480/- which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification.

(2) 909wp749.23 6] In view of above, the Tahsildar, Parseoni shall release the vehicle, in case no proceedings are pending before the Sub Divisional Officer for imposition of penalty on the vehicle.

7] The petition is allowed in the above terms.
