The petitioner's claim is that he was appointed in the year 2013 on 'No Grant in-aid basis' school. After the post fell vacant upon superannuation of the teaching staff his services were transferred to the aided school. Proposal for grant of approval of which is informed to be pending with the respondent from 10-01-2023.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition with directions to the respondent authority to decide such proposal expeditiously and in any case within four months from today. (Abhay J. Mantri, J.) (Nitin W. Sambre, J. ) Deshmukh
