This is an application for stay to the execution of impugned judgment and decree. It is submitted that the cheque of the compensation amount is ready. Learned Advocate for the appellant seeks leave to deposit cheque of compensation amount. In view of

2 37.FA.584.2022 the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The cheque of compensation amount be deposited within one week.

In view of the above, subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 22.03.2021 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur in Case No. 26 of 2014 till final disposal of this appeal.

The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
