A writ of mandamus is sought without requesting the Authority to perform the duty. A prayer is made to direct the respondent no.1 to modify the order of approval dated 04.02.2022. 3.

We have perused the record.

We do not find any document at the instance of the petitioner calling upon the respondent no.1 to modify the approval. 5.

In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondent no.1 within a period of three weeks from today. If such representation is made within the stipulated time, the respondent no.1 shall decide the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
