Considering the limited nature of relief sought, Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner claims to belong to 'Mana' (Scheduled Tribe) and her tribe-claim is pending before the Scrutiny Committee for verification. The report of the Vigilance Cell dated 17/08/2021 has been received by the petitioner and she has submitted her reply on 04/10/2021.
The petitioner is a student and hence seeks expeditious consideration of her tribe-

In view of aforesaid events, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Scrutiny Committee to examine the petitioner's tribe-claim and take a decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of the petitioner appearing before the Scrutiny Committee. To facilitate such adjudication the petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 10/08/2022. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.
