Learned counsel for respondents-claimants submit that respondent no.1 has expired and his legal heirs are now required to be brought on record. Further it is submitted that unless his legal heirs are brought on record, the amount of compensation cannot be withdrawn and in consequence the deficit court fee stamp also cannot be paid.

Considering this difficulty, time of four weeks is granted for filing the application to bring legal heirs of respondent no.1 on record and to pay the deficit court fee stamp.
