The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that when this Petition was filed, the Debts Recovery Tribunal was not functioning. The learned Counsel further states that now the Debts Recovery Tribunal has become functional and seeks leave to withdraw the Petition to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the interim order dated 31 January 2020 passed in this Petition be continued for some time to enable the Petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

While we continue the interim order for a period of two weeks, we clarify that the interim order was passed at the time of issuance of notice when the Respondent No.3- Bank was not represented, and further course of action by the Tribunal, after the period of two weeks will be on its own merits without being influenced by the fact of grant and/or continuation of the interim order.
