The challenge is to the impugned order dated January 15, 2025 passed by the respondent -Municipal Council. Perusal of the said order reflects self explanatory reasons.

Apart from the above, the order further speaks of the petitioner volunteers to remove unauthorized and illegal construction. The order was passed after hearing the petitioner. We hardly see any illegality in the order impugned particularly, it having regard to the factual matrix as the construction appears to be beyond the sanction granted by the Planning Authority.

That being so, the petition is devoid of merits, stands dismissed.
