DATED : 13/03/2020 This is a writ petition, whereby the petitioners have challenged interim order passed by the respondent No.1 Additional Commissioner, Nagpur. It is the contention of the petitioners that the respondent No.1 had erred in refusing to grant interim order in their pending revision application. The dispute in the present case is pertaining to mutation entries and the claim of the petitioners that the lower authorities had wrongly made such entries in favour of the contesting respondent.

Considering the fact that the revision application is pending before the respondent No.1 and the controversy between the parties can be put to rest by giving proper direction to the said respondent, this Court declines to interfere with the impugned order in writ

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 Additional Commissioner, Nagpur to decide the revision application filed by the petitioners herein expeditiously and in any case within a period of eight weeks from today. JUDGE KOLHE/P.A.
