Civil application No.905 of 2022 seeks deletion of the respondent no.2 and serving respondent no. 3 by paper publication. Considering the reason given, the respondent no.2 is permitted to be deleted at the cost and consequences of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the respondent no.3 though residing at the same address is trying to avoid service, considering which, respondent no.3 be served by paper publication as well as by R.P.A.D and in addition to the regular service.
