The petition is already dismissed in default against the respondent 3, since the learned Counsel for the petitioner did not supply the copy for issuing a fresh notice to respondent 3.

Respondent 3 is a necessary party and its absence, there is no propriety in keeping alive the order of status-quo. 3.

Interim order dated 14.02.2020 was even otherwise to operate till the next date of hearing. It is clarified that there is no interim order operating.

If the respondent 3 is not served within the next two weeks, the petition shall stand dismiss without further reference to Court.
