DATED : 11/03/2021 The Applicants have filed this application for speaking to minutes. It is brought to my notice that, by order dated 18.10.2019, this Court had directed the Respondent to pay an amount of Rs.2,95,726/-. It is stated that the compensation was enhanced to Rs.8,00,000/-, the Respondent has already paid an amount of Rs.5,04,274/-, hence, the Applicants are entitled for the balance amount of Rs.2,95,726/-, which has been deposited by the Respondent.

In the light of the said statement, necessary correction be carried out in paragraph 4 of the order dated 13.01.2021. The words "this amount" be substituted with the words "an amount of Rs.2,95,726/-. In clause (a) of the said order, the words 'Rs.50,000/-' be substituted with 'Rs.36,966/-'. In clause (b) the words 'Rs.1,00,000/-' be substituted with 'Rs.73,931/-' . In clause (c) the words 'Rs.3,00,000/-' be substituted with 'Rs.1,47,863/-'.
