The applicants/petitioners seek to amend the writ petition by placing on record additional facts which have now come to the knowledge of the applicants/petitioners. Though the prayer for amendment is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants, considering the nature of the amendment as proposed the same is granted with liberty to the non-applicants to respond to the amended pleadings. The civil application is disposed of.
