DATE : 30/01/2023 Considering the nature of offence invoked in the subject crime, in which the applicant is apprehending arrest, let the Investigating Officer issue notice under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C. to the applicant within a period of three days from today. 2.

Upon receipt of the notice, the applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer within a period of one week. The Investigating Officer shall interrogate the applicant and if he desire to have his custodial interrogation, he shall record his reasons in writing.
