It is prayed that for final and complete adjudication of the petition, it is necessary to amend the petition. On going through the proposed amendment, we are of the opinion that the amendment sought for is necessary to decide all the questions once and for all.

In view of this, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed.

The amendment, as prayed for, be carried out within one week. The grievance of the respondents would be served if we grant an opportunity to file additional reply to the proposed amendment.
