Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has made the following prayer :- "i) by setting aside all the appointment made by them under the Mahatma Gandhi Rashtriya Rojgar Hami Yojana which is without following the procedure and qualification in Amravati District, Amravati, and to appoint fresh candidate considering the name of petitioner ;"

There are no particular whatsoever about of which year the appointments need to be set aside and why all appointments KOLHE

2 / 2 935-WP 833.2021 are necessary to be set aside. The Petitioner's main grievance appears to be that the Petitioner was not considered for appointment. However, the entire Petition proceeds on the basis of relief of setting aside all appointments be granted. We are not shown that for seeking an appointment under the said Scheme, Petitioner needs to set aside all other appointments made. 4.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner accepts that the primary relief of the Petitioner is his appointment and seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition focusing on the relief of appointment of the Petitioner. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
