By this application, the original claimants - respondent Nos.2 to 4 are seeking correction in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 15/11/2022.

Shri Kullarwar, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 submitted that respondent No.1 is the owner of the offending vehicle however inadvertently it is mentioned in the order that four claimants are entitled for the compensation amount and amount be disbursed to them. Instead of four claimants, it should be three claimants. i.e. respondent Nos.2 to 4.

Perused the application as well as appeal memo.

Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are the original claimants, and therefore, they are entitled for the compensation amount. In view of that the application is

The paragraph no.3 of the order dated 15/11/2022 be corrected to the extent that three claimants i.e. respondent Nos.2 to 4 are allowed to be withdrawn the amount on due identification and verification.

Corrected copy of the order be uploaded accordingly.

The Civil application is disposed of.
