After going through the averments made in all these applications, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay, setting aside abatment and bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record. Hence, all these applications are allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

The civil applications stand disposed of.
