The appeal filed by the appellant-Insurance Company has been withdrawn in the Lok-Adalat held on 12.11.2022. 3.

Accordingly, respondent nos.1 and 2/applicants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant alongwith interest accrued thereon proportionately.
