By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 1411 days in filing the appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. 2.

The respondent nos. 1 to 3, who are contesting parties, have not controverted the statement made in the application despite due service of notice. Learned AGP has no objection for condoning the delay. In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The civil application is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the entire amount of compensation will be deposited within a period of eight weeks. In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed till the next date of hearing. 4.
