The learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, however, requests for grant of two months time to vacate the premises.

The request made on behalf of the petitioner is opposed by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

The writ petition is disposed as withdrawn.

No costs.

In the facts of the case, it is directed that the respondent shall not take coercive steps on the basis of the impugned order against the petitioner, however, on condition that Shri Namdeo Anandrao Gadling, President of petitioner - Union shall file affidavit on record of this petition within one week stating that the petitioner will hand over vacant possession of the premises in question to the Collector, Amravati till 19th April, 2019. If the affidavit is not filed on record of this

2 wp866.19 petition till 22nd February 2019, the respondent will be at liberty to proceed with the execution of the impugned order.
