This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and perused the investigation papers. The role of the present applicant reveals from the investigation papers. Hence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with direction to expedite the trial. The applicant was arrested on 09/05/2023 and has been in custody for last two years. The trial Court shall expedite the trial and shall disposed it at the earliest.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
