Dated : 8th February, 2019 It is urged in this review petition by Shri Ingole, the learned counsel appearing for th e petitioner, that the challenge to the Circular dated 22-12-2005 has not been considered in the decision rendered by this Court, though a specific relief was claimed and the grounds of challenges in support of it, were raised in the petition.

No doubt, that the Registrar, while rejecting the claim of the petitioner, has referred to the said Circular, but we have independently examined the issue on the touchstone of the requirement of Section 3-A of the Societies Registration Act, 1860. We, therefore, do not find that non-decision on the

0802mca157.19.odt validity of the Circular has material bearing so as to require us to entertain this review petition.

The review petition is dismissed.
