Prayer for condonation of delay is opposed by the learned Counsel for respondent No.2 on the ground that the delay is not properly explained.
Having regard to the fact that the applicant was pursuing the remedy before this Court in Writ Petition No.885/2014, which was disposed of on 21/01/2016 giving liberty to the applicant to take proper steps as are available in law, in my opinion, the delay needs to be condoned. The application stands allowed.
