While hearing is going on, the learned A.P.P. points out that the chargesheet is already filed on 2.3.2015 itself. This petition has been presented on 1.2.2016 and as yet formal notice to State Government has not been issued. In this situation, as chargesheet has been presented more than 18 months back, without observing anything on merit about the controversy and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of the criminal application. No costs.
