By this application the original petitioner has prayed to amend the prayer clause in the petition to correct the words "Park vide Reservation no.8" to "Public Amenities vide reservation no.29".

Shri J. B. Kasat, learned Advocate for the Municipal Corporation states that considering the prayer made by the petitioner, it cannot be said that the error occurred is of clerical and typographical mistake. 3.

Taking over all view of the matter, it will be in the fitness of things that the petitioner files substantive application for appropriate relief.

In the meantime, until further orders, clause (ii) of paragraph No.13 of the judgment in the Writ Petition No.7119/2016 dated 17.03.2020 shall not be given effect to.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of with liberty as stated above.
