This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the second appeal. There is delay of 21 days. 3.

This Court issued notices on this application on 27th March 2016. The office note shows that the matter is dismissed against the respondent Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the respondent No.1 is served long back. The respondent No.1 has not filed any reply to this application opposing the request made by the applicant in this application.

After going through the application, I found that sufficient cause is shown by the applicant in the application, particularly in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3. 5.

In that view of the matter, as there is no

2 cas127.16 objection by the respondent No.1 to allow this application, the application is allowed. Delay caused in filing the second appeal is condoned.

Office is directed to register the second appeal and place the same for admission before the Court. The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
