By this application, respondent No.1 is seeking early hearing, on the ground that respondent No.1 is now 79 years old, and his all Pensionary Benefits are being withheld. The appeal is of the year 2015 i.e. more than five years old. 3.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the application, the appeal be placed for final hearing in the week commencing from 11/03/2024.
